Starting Out

I wanted to start a blog to keep track of what I'm eating, and my workout schedule.  I wish I had taken my measurements before I started Crossfit.  I have been Eating Clean and going to Crossfit for 3 weeks.  I love it!  Let me tell you that I am the least athletic person around.  I didn't play sports in high school, unless you count bowling, and I hated P.E.  I am addicted to Crossfit.  It makes me feel so much better.  I haven't been 100% eating clean the last few weeks.  It's hard when you go out to dinner, or away for the weekend.com.  I'll tell you a little bit more about Eating Clean tomorrow.
