Food Journal

Today was an off day from Crossfit, but I did walk for a mile with my son. 
Breakfast:
Protein Shake
1/2 banana
1 tsp honey
1 tbls almond butter
ice
8 oz skim milk
1 scoop protein

Coffee

Snack
2 eggs

Lunch
Leftovers
Chicken
brown rice
broccoli
1/2 banana

Snack
1 tuna pouch
small apple

dinner
2 fresco tacos

Drank 100 oz of water today
