8 oz skim milk
1 scoop protein
Coffee
Snack
2 eggs
Lunch
Leftovers
Chicken
brown rice
broccoli
1/2 banana
Snack
1 tuna pouch
small apple
dinner
2 fresco tacos
Drank 100 oz of water today
