Monday W.O.D or Workout of the day.  All of my workouts are scaled right now.  That's the great thing about Crossfit, you can modify anything!
Row 200 meters
5-4-3-2-1 Rds of
Squat, Clean and Jerk
Jumping Pull ups
Ring Dips
Row 400 meters
